Welcome to our Q&A with Ediz, a talented front-end developer who recently built an e-commerce app using Altogic. At Altogic, we believe in the power of sharing inspiring stories and experiences with our community, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to learn from Ediz and his journey as a developer. We are so grateful to have you with us today, Ediz, and we can't wait to hear more about your experience with Altogic.

Before we get started, could you take a moment to introduce yourself and give us a little bit of background on your journey as a developer?

Thank you for having me! My name is Ediz, and I'm 17 years old. I live in Istanbul, and my hobbies include reading books, playing video games, and coding. In my free time, I try to learn React. I've been interested in software for about five years now and for the past two years, I've been working to become a Frontend Developer. I'm so excited to be here today and share my experience with Altogic with you. Thank you again for the opportunity!

Thank you for that introduction, Ediz. It's great to know more about your background and interests. So, you mentioned that you'd been a developer for about five years now. In that time, what kind of projects have you worked on?

Sure, I've worked on various projects over the years, many of them to improve my skills and solidify my understanding of different concepts. One project that I'm particularly proud of is my e-commerce app. The motivation to build an e-commerce app to put all my knowledge into one platform.

Your e-commerce app seems like a really exciting project. Could you tell us a bit more about it?

Sure, I'm happy to talk more about my e-commerce app. As I mentioned earlier, I've always wanted to build an e-commerce app to put all my knowledge into one platform, but I didn't have any experience with the backend and I wasn't sure how to get started. But when I discovered Altogic and realized that I could use its features to easily build the backend for my project. It's still in the development phase, but I think I've come a long way in a short period of time.

How has Altogic helped you along the way and what features of Altogic have you used in your project?

First, I used Designer to create my data models and then I used Tester to test the endpoints for those models. In my project's authentication flow, I also used features provided by Altogic.

How long did it take you to implement them?

All of this took me about 1.5 days to complete.

In addition to Altogic, what other technologies do you use in your projects?

I usually develop my projects using ReactJS. Before I discovered Altogic, I used technologies like Firebase and Hygraph, but I found that Altogic was much easier to use and more efficient. In addition to these technologies, I also use libraries and frameworks like Chakra-UI, Material-UI, and Bootstrap to help with the design and layout of my projects.

How did you first hear about Altogic and what made you decide to use it?

I first heard about Altogic on Twitter. At the time, I was thinking about how to build the backend for my e-commerce app and I was looking for options. When I saw Altogic, I realized that it could help me easily solve that problem and I decided to give it a try.

What have your overall impressions of Altogic been so far? Have you encountered any challenges while using Altogic, and if so, how did you overcome them?

So far, my experience with Altogic has been amazing. It's been really easy to use and the documentation and open-source examples have been really helpful. I haven't encountered any major challenges or obstacles while using Altogic, but if I ever did, I would definitely reach out to the Altogic team or the community for help. The customer support has been great and I've been able to get fast and effective support on the Discord server. It's also been really helpful to be able to get support in Turkish.

Overall, I'm very happy with Altogic and I'm looking forward to using it in more projects in the future.

What are your plans for your e-commerce app? Do you have any other projects in the works that you'd like to tell us about?

My e-commerce app is still in the early stages, but I have big plans for it. My ultimate goal is to create a fully-featured app that allows anyone to create their own store. I want it to be a platform where people can easily set up their own online businesses and start selling their products or services.

I don't have any other projects in the works at the moment, but I'm always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow as a developer. I'm open to new challenges and I'm excited to see where my journey as a developer takes me next.

To wrap up our Q&A, is there anything else you'd like to say about Altogic or your experience as a developer?
